User Accounts

Where the Platform makes account registration available, the following conditions apply:

• Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must keep your account information updated at all times.
• One account per person: Each User may hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited.

• Using the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, layout, data, editorial copy, guides, logos and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of the5rs or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database protection laws.

You must not:

Disclaimers & Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• We determine, at our sole discretion, that your use of the Platform poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties;
• We decide to discontinue the Platform or any part of it.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 17 (Governing Law).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the5rs is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance using the details in Section 18 to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the law of your own jurisdiction, particularly where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
